NeoMesh allows customers to build large scale Wireless Sensor and Actuator Networks, which can operate uninterrupted for many years on small batteries. Stability and durability are important trades, and the maintenance of deployed networks shall be seamless.
Therefore NeoCortec has launched an extension to the already existing NeoGateway, which is a open source software solution intended to run on any Linux based GW, which allows the customer to automatically monitor the health of the deployed networks. It will monitor parameters such as network integrity, routing paths, battery level and node temperature. If preset limits are exceeded, the monitoring tool will trigger alarms to be send.
In addition to the monitoring tool, a Network Visualizing tool is launched which will help a NeoMesh network installer to visualize how the network has formed, and to identify week points in the installation. The Network Visualizing tool is designed to operate on any operating system, and will connect to gateways either on the local network, or through a cloud based relay.
NeoCortec will be demoing the new tools at Embedded World in Nurnberg Germany during March 14 through 16 2023.
