NeoCortec is partnering with OKdo to take NeoMesh, their unique, 100 percent battery powered sensor connectivity solution to market. OKdo, the technology company from Electrocomponents plc, was chosen based on their global strategy focusing on the single board computer (SBC) and Internet of Things (IoT) segments, spanning makers, entrepreneurs, industrial designers, educators and re-seller partners.

This partnership means NeoCortec has joined the growing OKdo ecosystem, working with some of the best technology companies on the planet to bring the latest products and innovations to more people around the world, wherever they are on their SBC and IoT journey.

The NeoMesh protocol offers an agile, scalable, and ultra low power wireless connectivity solution with very few limitations and a strong focus on user-friendliness and short time-to-market.

NeoMesh is offered for both 2.4GHz as well as sub 1GHz frequency bands in a series of pre-approved modules. The modules are well suited for a broad range of applications, cost efficient and easy to integrate into the target product.

Furthermore, all NeoMesh network nodes are full-functionality devices, which means the network is 100 % battery powered, with no need for mains-powered concentrators or repeater nodes in the network. This ensures battery lifespans of several years, not only for some of the network nodes but for the network as a whole.
